You need to give the new radio time to learn the vehicle. It can take up to 24 hours for everything to sync and be back to normal.
Thanks again, some of the stuff came back overnight, the reverse camera and camera app and off road pages. Hopefully the rest come back soon. Do you know if the updates are done overnight or during the day too?

My dealer and the Uconnect case manager are saying mine is shipping today and sent me a tracking number(comes up only as label made) and should be here 2 days. Fingers crossed.
I just had my UConnect fail when doing an over the air software update. only have 4k miles. It ran the battery down almost leaving us stranded. Now going a month with out it. Where did you find a UConnect Case manager?

I received an email back from Jeep Wave Customer Cares center and basically said Nothing could be done. " Unfortunately we do not manufacture the Radio's ourselves, the radio's are Uconnect Radios that we put into our vehicles. We do not have any direct manufacturing oversight on the Radio's themselves". I only have 4k miles.

I only have 4k miles.
Your vehicle is still under warranty. Take it into the dealer and have them get you a replacement radio. You’ll likely have to wait a while, but that’s basically your only option. In the interim, you can pull fuse F97 to disable the radio.

It was thru Jeepcares. Good luck, hopefully the Uconnect units are becoming more readily available.

You need to have it diagnosed by the dealer, its under warranty. Also open a case with Jeepcares. I only have 8k on my 2019 jlur.

Good news. I got notice the other day that my new radio unit had arrived. The dealership here was really good and installed it for me the next day with all the appropriate updates. So far so good. Fingers crossed that it keeps operational. Hope everything works out for you all as well. I had to wait 5 weeks, but I know some of you have had it worse. Good Luck!

Yes that's what we did and the dealership pulled the fuse like you said. Now when we drive it we have no controls for the A/C, No Radio, SOS emergency and Backup Camera warning. ECT. Seems everything is based off this radio head being in place. Have been waiting for a month and all the dealership says we will notify you when we here something. Going on a month now with out it. Thanks

A/C still works, you just can’t see the set temp. Like the old days before fancy tech… down button for colder and up button for warmer.

My UConnect specialist says my new unit should be at the dealership on 7/6 (ordered on 6/10). ?

A/C still works, you just can’t see the set temp. Like the old days before fancy tech… down button for colder and up button for warmer.

My UConnect specialist says my new unit should be at the dealership on 7/6 (ordered on 6/10). ?
It was stuck on defrost and after punching one of the A/C buttons repeatedly it switched.
