BeamTech getting flashed by drivers

I ordered the BeamTech from amazon as many of you guys have used. Not sure if I’m installing it incorrectly, but I’ve been getting flashed by drivers at least 1 out of 20 cars I pass by.

Are these thing too bright to be on the street?

Anything I should try to adjust my install?

Adjusted mine down 2 full turns each. Our HLs seem to be set high at the factory. Even halogen bulbs guys getting flashed.
