super nova vs beamtech

The first mod I'm planning on doing to the jl is the headlights and maybe the foglights since i've read on hear that the oem are crappy. i looked at the super nova from headlights revolution and the beamtech led. i seen the you tube video for super nova and like what i'm seeing. basically i'm looking for the best lighting that will light up the road, nice wide path and dot/street legal. i'm willing to pay the super nova price for both head and fog lights. i haven't read much on the beamtech bulbs.

i would love any input on these two style led. i'm not looking to swap out headlights and paying big bucks. trying to be budget minded.

on a side note i had putco bulbs on my 07 grand cherokee and love them. so with that i would like to get something "close or better" to what i had. speaking output wise.

jas0n, do you have to worry about the bulbs over heating when they are in the dust covers. also is there a "warm up period" for the light to be lit up and dims down to off.
