Hey folks...

Sorry if this has been beaten to death. '24 Willys with no Aux switches. Just found the switches under the dash and will be digging for them soon in the engine bay. Since the wiring is all there, I am assuming that I will only need the main aux switch that goes into the dash along with a Tazar to get all of this running (besides accessories). Let me know if I am missing anything.

Make sure you actually have the complete wiring all there before you begin. Check that you really do have the other end in the engine bay (and behind the passenger kick panel).

My 23 Rubi didn't come with aux switches, I installed them myself using the Mopar kit from Quadratec that included the buttons and wiring. When I disassembled my dash, I was surprised to see that it already looked pre-wired for the buttons! But alas, it only looked that way, the wires didn't actually go anywhere, and there were no aux wires in my engine bay or passenger kick panel.. The aux wiring harness in the dash was just a leftover unused part of a larger wiring harness from the factory, and can't be used for the aux switches even though it sure looked like it could. I had to tuck the factory aux button harness out of the way and use the new wiring harness from the kit for it to work.

You can use Tazer to activate the switches, but be aware that whenever you unmarry your tazer you'll lose your aux switches until you remarry it again. Which is less than ideal, especially if you have to uninstall and reinstall it all the time for dealer visits. I highly recommend using JScan instead to permanently activate the aux switches (and other vehicle settings like tire size, axle ratio, trailer wiring, etc), and just use the Tazer for it's fun "live" features, not for anything that is really important.
