The terminal "corrosion" is battery acid.
Here's the point.

The leak that caused reaction with the battery terminal and produced copper or lead sulfate at the terminal, depending on the metal of the terminal, while often a sign of overcharging if at the positive terminal like here, is not a leak like the one someone would get drilling in the side of battery, and this corrosion does not necessarily require the battery's replacement.

It's copper sulfate and it's significant enough for an AGM to warrant replacement, especially given the other signs of poor battery condition (e.g. low voltage, "A!" light).

If that’s the OEM battery from 2022, it’s either at end of life or very close to it. I can’t for the life of me figure out why someone would waste the time load testing it. Replace it and move on.

Divide the cost of the battery by the number of months it’s lasted so far. Now explain how doing things in hopes of squeezing a few extra months out of it is worth it. Unless you have a real load tester at home and like playing with plastic boxes full of chemicals like you get bragging rights for how long your battery lasted, have at it.

That’s not simple copper oxidation occurring from some source outside the battery itself or very slight venting in my unprofessional and unsolicited opinion,
