Audio system issue - cutting in and out

Dealer found 30 codes relating to low voltage. Also referred to Star Case S18080000143. Battery was reading 12.10 volts. Battery was charged and the charging system tested, all ok and radio is now operative. I am going to keep an eye on the voltage. I think there's a voltage reading on the instrument panel.
Wonder if the low voltage codes are a result of pulling the fuse..... Have you pulled the fuse about 30 times?

I have not touched the fuse block. $50K for a new vehicle and I may check to see that all are properly seated, but none have been pulled. I shouldn't need to do that.

What exactly did they fix?

Has anyone tried disabling "Active Park Guidelines" in the Settings menu under Camera?

I've disabled mine for now, and the issue has seemed to go away. I've done multiple starts the last 48 hours.

Interesting, let us know.

I've tried disabling the auto comfort and unpaired my phone but it didn't work.

Another radio down!
25 degrees this morning, used remote start with heated seats and heated steering wheel activated. Got half way down the block to realize the radio was cutting in and out, luckily I was able to turn it off for my drive to work. Anticipating a fubar’d radio when I get back in the Jeep after work. ‍

Issue came back today. Disabling active parking guidelines isn’t a workaround. There goes my theory.

My audio has been cutting in and out for weeks now. 5 trips to the dealership so that their techs can be told by Chrysler’s tech that there is a problem with U Connect s latest software update and they are working on a fix. Until then , it’s tough luck. Even after explaining I have a life time extended warranty. They said I have to wait for fix. Very simple. I have a warranty. Give me a new stereo. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. So I have to go without a stereo until they decide to release a fix? 55 grand for a new JL and 3500 for a lifetime extended warranty. Absolutely embarrassing.

The dealer had it for two days and ripped it apart testing everything while communicating with engineering.

There appears to have been some loose connections. Some of these needed to be RE tightened. It’s been working, and haven’t had it come back so far!

If you guys need help! Call Erick who is the service manager at Contemporary Jeep in Milford, NH. Maybe he can walk your techs through how they corrected mine.

Trust me, if it happens again, I will be screaming from the roof tops! They said the ones that were loose could cause such an issue, and they tested inconsistent.

So I finally feel good about this!

I ve talked with your company and U connect 5 times in the past month. And the only thing they say is an update might be avail in Jan. 55 grand for a new jeep 3 months ago and 3500 for a life time warranty. Do you think this is an acceptable answer? I ve had better service st mc donalds then from your company.
