Uconnect 3 cutting in and out

Looks like this question has been asked multiple times over the past 6 years and I can't seem to find a fix. My uconnect 3 system is glitching when connected to Bluetooth. Have tried disconnecting, reconnecting, forgetting that network etc. And the problem continues. Watching any videos on YouTube etc does not work on my Jeep. It is a 2020 JLU soft top. If anyone has heard of any fixes or solutions, please post. Thank you

I'm not sure how you're trying to watch videos. As far as I know you can't on Uconnect.

Sorry I worded that wrong. I meant that I have watched videos on YouTube on how to reset the radio and they do not work. I'm just trying to listen to music.
