UPDATE
NOTE - THIS IS FOR A 2019 RAM 1500 - same issue as the JL Wrangler. Reference links below.
Rear back-up camera replaced, as well as recall V61 was also completed. I dropped off the truck at 8:45am, but according to my dash cam, the technicians didn't get to it until 6:00pm that evening...

Thanks @Brent - I've made the decision to replace the camera myself. I looked up the part numbers on Mopar's website, and since my RAM doesn't have the surround view cameras, replacing the rear camera only costs $100 (CDN). At this point, I'd rather replace the camera myself than go through the...
UPDATE - POSSIBLE WORK-AROUND
Before reading the update, here are a few tidbits:
1. The issue comes when its cold. This is confirmed by DT RAM 1500 and JL Jeep Wrangler owners.
2. The only way for it to "reset", is to:
a. Wait for the truck to sit for 30mins+ (giving uConnect to restart...

Sorry to tell you, you’re a bit late to the party :)
That link you posted is the thread I created back in October 2018. At the very top of the OP I linked this thread and the other related thread from this forum in my OP, as well posted the link from this forum to the RAM forum.
This issue is...
Yes, that’s my thread. I’ve posted that link multiple times here before. I’ve shared this thread and the other from this forum on the RAM threads I’ve created.
I understand that there may be parts sharing across vehicle sub-brands, but after all the troubleshooting from both forums, I believe...
I'll observe for now to see if this resolves the issue for him.
What gets me though, is that there is existing TSBs out there specifically outlining "audio cutting in/out during memory recall". The fix was a software update. I just think FCA is being slow to release a software update...
The TSB that I posted, like the previous TSB from November, only applies to RAM trucks without the built in modem. That previous TSB also addressed the audio cutting in/out, so it looks like FCA knew about this issue since then. We’re just waiting for an update via OTA.
Hi Darlene @JeepCares
Would you be able to post the complete bulletin? I am a 2019 RAM 1500 owner, and this is affecting us as well. There are numerous owners who need the bulletin so they can schedule the repair with their service centre.
Thanks
Called my Service Advisor, I asked him to verify the TSB, and to send details over if he can. Waiting to hear back.
Again, this will be an OTA update for those with built-in modems. I've confirmed with dealerships that they only do manual USB updates for those systems without a connection.

Update:
So that didn’t work. The issue came back again today. It’s not Bluetooth/iOS.
While in the internal fuse box, I pulled F44 which controls the radio/ANC/inverter (for the RAMs). That reset the radio, giving the same symptoms as resetting the battery.
What I did notice - a majority of...
