If you have 2 1/2 inches of lift and stock control arms, I'd say their rack is fucked and wouldn't trust anything on that printout. It's also odd that camber is out on both right side wheels unless you smacked something pretty hard with both of them. And how in the fuck did they adjust camber and rear tow?

It has a 2.5” JKS lift with front JKS LCAs, and relocation brackets in the rear. As far as smacking the right side, that’s quite possible. I tend to throw my Jeep at obstacles.🤣

No and yes. The ball joints were checked out good a week prior.
Adjustable control arms will help to dial in your caster numbers, which you will notice right away in your steering stability. As far as the ball joints, most pass the typical test of looking for movement when prying or pushing perpendicular to the tire, when in fact when pulled out, are actually pretty worn. Having the camber numbers out of range suggest that the ball joints are on their way out or already bad, at least on the driver's side.

As far as I know, they can't. It's a result of quality Jeep craftsmanship. You should see the numbers on my daughter's Renegade when it was less than 6 months old.

I meant the different numbers between before and after.

Assuming you have a FAD the only time you'd have vibration issues would be in 4wd. If you aren't wheeling at high speeds it will never be an issue.
Bad caster can cause bump steer which on a country road at moderate speed, repeated bump steer could feel like vibration.

Ohhhhh....yes, that makes no sense but in the rear the before and after numbers didn't significantly change. The difference probably falls into their machine tolerance.

OK, your answer to kah.mun.rah was that you did not have adjustable or longer control arms.

I am going to make a series of questions for the owner of the 4x4 shop I use, based upon all y’all’s comments in this thread, and talk to him next week. I have a very high level of trust in him, but I am VERY meticulous - one may say anal - about my Jeep.

Please keep the comments and advice coming!

Gary, the JKS lift kit came with the appropriate-length LCAs for the geometry of the lift kit. I would presume they are longer. No, they are not adjustable. My apologies for not pointing that out.

I don’t see anything to worry about, caster is a little high, but if you’re not feeling any vibes, pulling, shimmy’s etc… Just drive it..keep an eye on your tires for unusual wear….. start saving money for ball joints, you’ll likely need them sooner than later……

Being IFS and IRS every parameter should be easily adjusted though? With as light weight as the control arms and tie rods are on those tiny cars 1 bad pothole could put everything out of whack. Unless you put it in an alignment rack at 0 miles I wouldn't assume it was bad from the factory. Even with upgraded steering and track bars on the JL clipping a softball sized rock that rolled off the hill in front of us at 55mph had the steering wheel so far out that the service traction control, etc warnings popped up within a few miles and I was on the side of the road adjusting the drag link. That's with parts 10x as stout as renegade stamped sheetmetal, cast aluminum, and tooth pick tie rods.

As you should be. They aren't cheap, and many people have more in add ons than the jeep is worth. I don't care about dents and dings, but let my jeep squeak in the same spot more than once..... Anal mode engaged.

Thanks Roky; I’m so glad you replied! Nothing against the other folks here - I have much respect for them - but not only do I respect you, I KNOW you personally.

Thanks again, brother!
