ARB Stubby and Warn VR-10S

I like the bumper just wish the bull bar wasn't made out of 6 inch tubing.


Obviously kidding on the 6in tubing (looks more like 2 in diameter) but to me, it's so oversized that it was the first thing I looked at.

I have a white JLUR on order so I'm trying to find a clean looking stubby bumper.

Its all personal preference, but for me, I prefer the thick tubing vs the dainty stuff I see out for the JL.

No I agree, the 2" or less looks to thin.

As of now, no. Might add the ARB lights when I muster up the courage to spend nearly 1k on 2 lights....

I believe you! I do. It looks good, but my skids look way different. It's hard to hear context on the internet, I'm not being indignant or anything I'm just curious why it so different from the stock skid plates mine have. Could I trouble you for more pics underneath?

The crossmember you're referring to in the OP's pic is behind the oem skid plate. You have one, you just can't see it. My Rubi had the same one.

By the way, that ARB stubby looks really good. I came really close to getting before I decided on my Smittybilt stubby. Actually the only reason I didn't get the ARB was because it doesn't have a skid plate and I hate looking at all the exposed steering/suspension underneath.

Well the one in my pic is on the floor because I replaced my OEM skid and there wasnt one. I think its because i had the steel bumper package

Awesome build looking to do the same - did the winch fit without cutting? I heard the space was tight and only some winches could fit (would love a list if anyone knows of one)
