Selling my iDrive throttle controller (same as a Pedal Comander) off my 2018 JL Rubicon. Model is EVC309. Original box/paperwork included. Trading my Jeep in soon, so I'm starting to get rid of aftermarket stuff. $175 shipped OBO.
Here's a link to their site where I got the unit from: EVC...
Well that's the thing...my dealer installed my spacer lift AND they aligned it, which put everything in spec. Part of the fine print says that if it's lifted to much to be within alignment specs, it doesn't quality for the TSB. Like other people have mentioned, FCA covers all the dealer's...
How many of you guys have a lift and/or big tires on your jeeps before bringing it in? I just made an appointment with my dealer just to diagnose the issue, and the service guy told me there's fine print in there about lifted jeeps. I just have a 2.5" spacer lift, so hopefully I still fall...
This is a really neat idea. With a little ingenuity, you could definitely design/build something that accomplishes the same thing at a fraction of the cost. The spine of the thing isn't that much different than how those hitch bicycle carriers work. Just need a beefy section that attaches to...

Pros:
-being off the ground
-built-in mattress
-relatively easy setup
-usually packed with bells & whistles (annexes, shoebags, led lighting, etc.)
-adult treehouses are awesome
Cons:
-price
-requires a roof rack
-setup/takedown...
You sound angry! I don't see these knockoff bumpers "kicking out" FCA. If you want to start a discussion on global economics and copyright infringement, you should definitely start a thread in the general discussion forum. :like:
Well if we're talking about the Mopar steel bumper, then it absolutely should be for ON road usage (DOT approved) since it's an optional part from the factory.
I think it's a stretch to think FCA knows or cares about these knockoff bumpers being sold on ebay. I think it's something that is way off their radar. The only legal concern I can think of is that these bumpers are definitely not DOT approved. But that's basically a "use at your own risk"...
Ohh the zerk fitting holes are misaligned. Makes sense now. I was thinking the inner brass ring was the part that was misaligned, so i was confused. All good now lol
Can you post a pic of the misaligned bushing? Looking at stock images of the part, you wouldn't think it would be possible for it to be 1/2" off center.
My 2.0 just started having this same issue. The popping noises it makes for about 30 seconds are something I’ve never heard before, and they’re loud. I’ll keep checking in on this thread to see if anyone has any fixes.
