Warn Zeon 10S install?

Anybody install a Warn Zeon 10S have this issue?

I just installed a RockHard bumper with the lowered winch plate on my 21 JLURD with no issues, fit was perfect and easy install. However, when I went to install the winch, it doesn’t fit pass the end of the frame rails in order to sit on the winch plate. Pictures Attached. I guess time to get out the grinder, but has anyone seen this before?

In case someone in the future comes across this, apparently it is not uncommon to have to grind the frame rails when mounting a Warn Zeon on a recessed winch plate. I had to take off a significant amount of metal on the top inside ears on both sides. Still a very tight fit on my JLURD, but the job is done.
