It was a labor of love but I finally wrapped up the install of my AEV EX front bumper, AEV 7000 Series Lights, BD light bar and new Warn XD Zeon 10s winch a couple days ago. I'm more than happy with the outcome but let me tell ya AEV & Jeep does not make this an easy install. I really like AEV's products their quality and designs are top notch but, damn, the instructions for their front bumper and this is me being polite is umm thin and can be confusing. If nothing else actual real pictures, not computer generated type pics, would be wildly helpful. There are A LOT of pieces to these things and after you figure it out and get it all together it is considerably more clear but at the time of actually putting it together there's times when it's confusing as hell which adds to the build time substantially.
I guess the original Warn Zeon's are a really tight fit but the new XD Zeon is a little narrower so it drops down in there with room to spare and that was probably the easiest part.
Couple things for anyone installing one of these, do yourself a favor add run a tap through all the weld nuts before you do anything. I waited till I already had things installed before I ran a tap through them and it's one of those little things that would have been soooo much easier to do right out of the box instead of once I had the pieces installed.
I'll get a couple decent pictures of the finished product when I have time and put them up but overall I'm really happy with how it turned out.
