Why 60/80 over 60/60?
just incase we decide to supercharge or get stupid, its only a few hundred dollars difference overall so might as well get the bigger axle and not lose much ground clearance.

Maybe it’s to save the T Case? What do you guys think? Will that be the LIMFAC for the rest of the drive train after you upgrade axles? The tranny seems stout.
I know a lot of guys who wheel hard in Grand Cherokees convert their TC's, full time 4WD transfer cases just don't cut it in the rough stuff for very long. The 392 TC is supposedly a newer design, but I certainly don't trust Jeep to come up with the first bulletproof full time TC. I guess only time will tell.

There are 1000hp Track Hawks running them with no problems. They're pretty stout.

That must be why the trackhawk forums are littered with threads about TC replacements and it has been labeled the "weakest link". And I still can't find one that was done in the dirt.

No, they aren't. Read the thread you quoted. The TC is certainly not the weak link.
As for dirt, I can't help you. 1000hp is plenty and there are some out there absolutely hooning them with zero issues.

I would take a strong and hard look into the Fusion Pro Fab 10" axles.
You will have the best clearance, weight, and strength over any D60. Comes with awesome steering. If you manage to break them, you deserve an award.
I can Vouch for the Fusion 4x4 Steering, I have beat the hell out of mine on the JK it is very strong, bends don't break and goes right back into shape. I have had the entire Jeep up on it and only scratched it a little.

Why 60/80 over 60/60?
Most shops that do Hemi swaps will recommend an 80 rear if you are going to run anything over 37's, some people would just like the extra beef even if they aren't going bigger than 37's, it makes sense to overbuild if you are doing such an expensive mod. With a Hemi you surely have enough power to push an 80 around.

Funny, as huge as the internet is I can't find one single picture of a 1000HP Hennessey Track Hawk offroad at all, must be a secret society thing, Hooning them must be a double secret squirrel secret society thing.

I can explain it to you but I can't make you understand it.
These are NOT Hennessy cars. They are NOT off road cars. They hoon on the tarmac. They use sticky tires and have 1000hp. They are not having transfer case problems like you think you seen.

You still have yet to provide links to the oh so many TC failures.

It's pretty cheap inexpensive insurance at that point -- one of those things do it once do it right, if you're spending $17k might as well spend $20k and never have to think again. Not to say you couldn't break it of course :)

I'm running 1200 horsepower in my JK. Trust me, you can break anything (and one of the reasons I went with a manual valve body 4L80 as opposed to a 6L80E). You'll keep things alive though if you're smart about it. Then again, I most likely won't break anything because I'll run out of gas before I get to the obstacle. Pretty much just need to tow a gas station along side.

If you’re going to do axles, do it right the first time. 60s.
