I didn’t get the Pentastar option because it’s a powerhouse, tune-ability, or fun to own. I got it because aside from a few minor issues, it’s a solid power plant based on my experience.
2017 caravan 263,000 miles. Had the lifter issue, otherwise regular maintenance only. Much of my Company’s fleet are Caravans, and they all range from 180k to 300k. 8k service intervals, nothing extra. If I get 2/3rds of that out of my JLU before I have to swap, I call it a win.
