Does adding a heavy duty track bar like the JKS stiffen the ride or is it the same ride quality as OEM. Stock height no lift.

I did not notice a stiffer ride when I installed my Steersmarts hd trackbar. better steering feel tho.

Does not stiffen the ride, it will add a little to the solid feeling in the front end, especially when you are turning and hitting bumps.

If your oem track bar was working good, then you likely won’t feel much difference, but just knowing you are eliminating one of the leading causes of DW makes it worth it imo….

an interesting thing to do is crawl under your jeep and have some one turn the wheel side to side while looking at your track bar...you will see a lot of flexing of the stock track bar. the Steersmarts and other hd ones eliminate that flex. now on a stock rig with stock tires probably not as big of a deal vs rig with big tires..

I had it sitting for 5 months as I was afraid it would make the ride much stiffer. Thanks again

I have the JKS track bar, it does improve the steering feel. The OEM track bar had too much movement in the joints.

While we're on the subject, anyone have anything good or bad to say about the Rancho track bar? It looks like they put good quality joints in it, and the price is nice. I'm doing a mopar 2" in the spring (if all this snow and cold ever goes away) and most likely will need a track bar to recenter the axle. I don't need super heavy duty, I'm not a rock smasher, just trails and "light" obstacles.
