Add on passive entry

Added passive entry to 2018 wrangler sport. After flashing, only tail gate worked. System could not find driver and passenger door handles. Found I needed additional wiring since it was a sport. Installed missing wiring but still the passive entry does not work on doors. Question? Do I need to reflash system to get doors to work properly?
