Jeep cares and fca have started asking me if i hired a lawyer. Stating that if i have they will not talk to me and my vehicle warranty will be void.

FCA needs to clean house @ Jeep Wave. Fire them all and start over. Everyone I had contact with was rude and obtuse. I mentioned I might be filling a BBB and State Attorney General complaints and what might be one of the rudest woman I've ever spoken to said: if you are going to hire an attorney we are done. I asked her if she knew what a State Attorney General was and what they do. Click........

Yeah, I had that call recorded......

A word of advise to anyone contacting Jeep Wave:
  1. If your State allows it, record the phone calls!
  2. Get the name and employee number of everyone you speak with
  3. If you are unable to record the call, make copious notes of the conversation afterwards
  4. When Jeep Wave tells you to piss off, contact the Jeep CEO's office. I received a response the next day to the email I sent.
  5. When all else fails and you've exhausted all avenues:
    1. File BBB Complaint
    2. File a complaint with your State Attorney General
    3. File for arbitration

God help the jeep brand. My thoughts....jeep is trying to cash in then sell the brand to hundai and wash their hands of the mess they made.

I absolutely love my Jeep and Jeeps... I don;t have an issue with FCA as once I reached the CEO's office, my matter was handled...

I think many of the workers at Jeep Wave just have piss poor attitudes and maybe they are burnt out and need to find a different line of work. One person in my chain was nice the other 6? Obtuse, rude, jackwagons.. Not the image FCA probably want to exude..

Clean house and start new. If FCA does nothing then the rudeness will only worsen from Jeep Wave...

I doubt I'd ever even attempt to deal with them again. I have 5 recorded calls I forwarded and anyone listening to them would probably be shocked how they treat people.....

Received a phone call this morning from a executive team member in Mr. Manley's office. Wow, that was fast!

Problem resolved refund check on the way for $571 and some change.

Moral? Dont give up when Jeep Wave tells you to pound sand. The woman who called me today was understanding and apologetic for the way I was treated by Jeep Wave.

If anyone needs Mr. Manley's email address PM me as it works and it worked fast!
Updating... Received my check from FCA today and everything that Mr. Manley's executive team member who contacted me said would happen, has happened.. Kudos to his executive team! Shame on Jeep Wave for the way they treated me..

For me it was not really about the money as $570 is nothing when you consider the price of Jeeps ect.. I thought I was being more than fair with Jeep Wave. I asked for exactly half of my out of pocket expenses.. My issues entailed more than the crappy radio. I sent them the invoices and said in the interest of fairness how about we split my out of pocket expenses. Jeep Wave was rude, obtuse, made threats to me, hung up on me and then deleted my case from existence.

Manley's exec team member who contacted me asked if I wanted the full amount or if I was still willing to split it. I said splitting it is fine as that was all I was asking for from the the beginning. She agreed that was more than fair and resolved that issue instantly. My other issues were also addressed and she set in motion a series of events that have went down exactly as she stated they would.

Kudos to FCA and Manley's exec team! To Jeep Wave? You can kiss my you know what...............
