FCA needs to clean house @ Jeep Wave. Fire them all and start over. Everyone I had contact with was rude and obtuse. I mentioned I might be filling a BBB and State Attorney General complaints and what might be one of the rudest woman I've ever spoken to said: if you are going to hire an attorney we are done. I asked her if she knew what a State Attorney General was and what they do. Click........Actually its more like badgering.
I absolutely love my Jeep and Jeeps... I don;t have an issue with FCA as once I reached the CEO's office, my matter was handled...God help the jeep brand. My thoughts....jeep is trying to cash in then sell the brand to hundai and wash their hands of the mess they made.
Updating... Received my check from FCA today and everything that Mr. Manley's executive team member who contacted me said would happen, has happened.. Kudos to his executive team! Shame on Jeep Wave for the way they treated me..Received a phone call this morning from a executive team member in Mr. Manley's office. Wow, that was fast!
Problem resolved refund check on the way for $571 and some change.
Moral? Dont give up when Jeep Wave tells you to pound sand. The woman who called me today was understanding and apologetic for the way I was treated by Jeep Wave.

For me it was not really about the money as $570 is nothing when you consider the price of Jeeps ect.. I thought I was being more than fair with Jeep Wave. I asked for exactly half of my out of pocket expenses.. My issues entailed more than the crappy radio. I sent them the invoices and said in the interest of fairness how about we split my out of pocket expenses. Jeep Wave was rude, obtuse, made threats to me, hung up on me and then deleted my case from existence.Way to go!
