Yes! We just got ours installed a week ago and I haven't had a chance to post yet.
We had a piece break in shipping, which was graciously replaced. Instructions could use updating for the extra 4xe piece. By and large the install went well and I'm very happy with the product.
We went cheap with the basic varnished finish. I would probably spend the extra for the carpet if I were to do it again.
Loving the extra storage space, and while the back of the 4xe is a little short, we'll be able to camp in it for a couple backcountry nights.

This was exactly the info I needed!!!!! I’m getting that one too. I’ll probably put a blanket down on top anyway.
how is the level. Is it flush enough to put a blowup mattress? Does the wood catch is it not smooth?

The wood is quite smooth but I will be putting a stick-on carpet material on top to protect it (subwoofer box covering type stuff).
Definitely flush enough for a mattress.

I have one, with the carpeted finish.

I agree with lindaspins, fits very well and easy install and gives a great platform for sleeping. Of course it gives you greater options for storage.

I did have some communications initially with shipping that had me a little uneasy, but I think that was probably a one-off issue based on the particular circumstances of my order and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

I ordered this to solve the issue of wanting a flat surface with the seats down. I had a hiccup with my order, and they sent me two by mistake. Long story short, both were assembled incorrectly, damaged, and packaged poorly. When I say assembled incorrectly, the locking mechanism was installed on the interior of the box, and the sliding rails were reversed so the arm pieces wouldn't attach. I reached out and they were genuinely apologetic, and claimed that they would address the issues with their assembly.

They sent me a 3rd order and it was packaged better, assembled correctly, but unfortunately there was damage in the same place as the previous two. It's one of the legs that attaches to the Jeep's flooring. So instead of 6 bolts holding this down, I'd have to fix it or settle for 4 bolts securing it to the floor. Also, the front corner of the main box was damaged. It's a plywood material that feels very brittle and thin, which makes it easy to be damaged in transit unfortunately. If they could solve the issues of parts arriving damaged, I think a lot of people could benefit from this product. Although, the price is pretty high for the quality tbh..

Here are photos of the first two simply sitting in the Jeep mocked up to test fitment (which is pretty good).

Here's the 3rd box that was packaged better, but still had some damaged parts that I will likely fix with some wood glue..

Hello, we are sorry that you got our product in such a condition.
We now make small wooden fortifications and fill everything with lots of foam, which minimizes the chance of damage as much as possible even if UPS drops the package.

So got mine a couple of weeks ago…

Pluses
Very fast time from order to delivery
Insane packaging, pretty sure it could fall out of the numerous open doos on planes lately and still be ok.
Offered a substantial discount
Definitely added much needed storage
very fast responses before purchase and up to actual shipping

Cons
insane packaging. Tool about 20 minutes to get through and remove all the spray foam
Absolutely no instructions or paperwork. only links I found on YouTube showed a system that was not mine.
Several extra parts not relevant to my Jeep, including duplicates of one side, (left only) vs right and left.
Had to cut the side pull up tops because they certainly were not for my jeep
Had to cut side panels for the same reason
Odd cutout on end piece
Missing cargo net, and multiple emails and a Vm with no response over the last couple of weeks.

Sucks being the only one who I have found that retains the cubby, but materials, customer service and responses are not up to par for a several hundred dollar product. I’m pretty handy and made it work, but this should not be the normal way, it does add storage but overall experience was not a good one.

looking from right rear, had to cut this panel down, did not fit as sent

pull up panel by sub, I think I will have to take this out and cut it, you can see the ‘carpet’ is coming off due to how tight it is.

Lower left side on top center piece doesn't fit well, you can see carpet coming off.

looking from rear, the left side was never going to work, I made significant cuts to finally get it to fit.

Not sure what this square was supposed to be???

I hope you are able to get use out of it. I finally gave up on them and dumpstered mine. The little cut out is supposed to be for their W&F logo, which really goes to show the attention to quality of the whole product. I cannot believe what they charge for this. For the same money, you could buy a top of the line winch...or invest towards some American Adventure Lab stuff..

I went with basic wood varnish, 2024 Rubicon x 4xe with subwoofer, also had the same fitment problems you did with the side cubby lids. I have a bandsaw so did the trimming myself. The video instructions are extremely basic, and didn't mention to secure the rear flaps before moving the entire drawer into the trunk, me being stubborn decided to contort myself to put in the 6 hinge screws blind and with a tiny bit ratchet with only enough room for 10 degrees of swing..
For the price wish they included latches on both sides.

I did more mods yesterday to keep the side cubby ‘lids’ from pressing on the sub grill. Now I just need to find the adhesive felt used to replace the black duct tape I put on it.

I thought like you about the end pieces after the install, but ended up putting them on first. It made it without breaking but just barely.

I haven't even looked at the cost, but reading this post, what a piece of CRAP!!!!

There isn't a better one out there?

My criteria was the ability to still utilize the cubby underneath and this one did. I have seen another on this thread but it was 1300 for the configuration. This was 750 and I don’t remember if shipping was included.
