Google it and I bet you’ll get links to their website and several other law offices who are all trying to get a group of clients together for their own pending class action law suit. If they claim to have won previous cases, it should be a matter of public record although often settlements are for an undisclosed amount with no admission of guilt.

Even if they lump you into their class action, odds are they'll settle for a few grand per person, take their cut, and you'll get a check for $212... and they agreed to void your warranty in the settlement.
