Question is this:

Will a complete suspension off a 2023 4 door 392 be a direct bolt on to a 2019 2 door Rubicon.

Will this fit on my 2 door 2019 Rubicon
Any issues I may encounter
How much height would be recognized over the factory Rubicon.

I found this for sale. He is asking $1800 can. it has approx 5,000k on it.

Is it worth if for my jeep or should I be looking at going a different direction.

Thanks in advance for the help..

If that were the Fox setup I'd probably try to make it work. I'd recommend buying something specific to your Jeep honestly vs reusing an XR take off.

Fair enough.

If it was off a 2 door would it make a difference?
Any idea how much taller a XR sits over a Rubicon

Weight difference may make it ride rough, especially if you don’t have a winch to compensate ? Edit- 1.5” lift over Rubi

The 392 (I think) has an additional 2" over the Rubicon. There is no suspension height difference between the regular 392 and the XR 392, just tire height.

I like the idea of 1 1/2" increase...

I do have steel bumpers and a winch.
I'm approx 680 lbs over factory weight plus another 85 lbs for tires.

Any Idea how much work it would actually be to get this on my Jeep.....
Just curious as it was mentioned above he thinks it would be better to get something designed for my ride.

They are now offering the 2 door with the XR package. Maybe look into if they share the same parts with the 4 door or not.

How much more would it cost to get one designed for your application ? Insuring no regrets. Many moons ago I put a 3” lift on my 63, ruined the ride, but back then if you wanted 33’s to fit the leaf spring lifts just rode rough. Don’t gamble with the ride if you don’t get reports of your plan working. IMO

Yes I tend to agree with you.

Someone else also suggested checking part numbers which is a good idea.

I'm thinking I will just leave it alone and find something made for my unit.
Was just hoping to save a few $$$

Chose wisely and it is no longer ride Or capability. Don’t give up yet, but reports on your plan are needed, hopefully replies are forthcoming. Checking numbers is a good idea. ?

Go for the shocks and springs with the longer mopar front LCAs.

I put those shocks on my non 392 XR. Noticeable improvement over the red ones.

Oof, $1800 is robbery for that. It's not special just because it came off a 392. Don't waste your money dude.

Any Rubicon suspension you can find for $100-200 will get you 1.5" give or take depending on what it came off of (heavier takeoff vehicle = stiffer suspension for you).

What's the length on the silver 392 shocks vs. the red Rubi shocks? Are they longer than the red ones, or the same?
