I installed a brand new (>300miles) Rubicon Recon (4 door) suspension on my 2 door sport s. 2.0t hard top & tow package.
stock spring pairings:
591/592 & 109/110
Rubicon Recon takeoff pairings:
661/662 & 228/229

Lifted all four corners equally by 2.5"

Installed the longer LCA's at the same time and the handling is, if anything, a touch better than stock.

Since a stock Rubicon is approx 2" higher then a sport, I'd expect you to only gain a half inch. Check the spring pairings compared to yours and you'll get a better idea of what to expect.

The metalcloak lower spring correction insulator pads work just fine on stock springs. I have them on both my 21JT willys diesel that I also installed a daystar 1.5in spacer in the front to level out and my 22JLUXR that also has a 1.0in teraflex spacer in front after adding a winch. The stock insulators are really crappy hard plastic. The metal cloak are a polymer that I could notice a softer ride with. They are slightly thicker so you will pick up slightly more lift (like 3/16). For 37 bucks I think they are worth replacing the stock ones. I also swapped out my bump stops with metalcloak ones but that's optional. Hope this helps
