Is there a center console vault/safe that will fit a 2024 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 392? I have tried two, that the sellers told me would fit, that did not!

Console Vault said they are working on one, but do not have an ETA.

Links and Pics would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Unfortunately, the Console Vault doesn't fit the 2021 - 2025 Rubicons or Saharas. I had one in my 2019 Sahara and loved it. The center console in the 2024 Rubicon isn't deep enough.

I tried the Tuffy one as well. Doesn't fit 2024 or 2025 models.

I had reached out to Tuffy and they said they were going to make one for 2024's and up, but that was last fall.

My 2022 Ram 1500 came from the factory with the Tuffy console safe installed. Works well. I would still like one in my Jeep. Hopefully, they are working on designing it to fit.

I have a console vault in a non 392, 2024 2 door. Part number AB-78713. Fits great and still listed as available on their website.

Looks great! Yeah, for some reason I was thinking the '24+ 392 is different for some reason, not sure exactly.

I did see a picture of the Tuffy safe in an older (2021-2023) 392 that had been stolen. The thieves destroyed the center console trying to break in, but it held up. They never got it open.

I talked with a rep at Console Vault yesterday. This one will not fit in a 392.

If you check the console website they only list years, not each trim model. The part number I listed fits 2018 2025 Wranglers.

Yes, but not 392’s. I’m looking for one that will fit a 2024 392 console.

I can't find that part number on their website. I wonder if the 2 door has a different size console than the 4 door?

The one I'm able to find for the Wrangler JL has this note on the listing:

NOTE: Not compatible with the 2021-current Wrangler Rubicon and Sahara Models

It didn't fit my 2024 Rubicon X. Not sure because it's a 4 door or because it's a 4xe. The console itself isn't as deep as it was in my last Wrangler.

I believe the center consoles are different between those with the factory front trail cam and those without. Doesn't sound right, but I bought a center console divider off of Amazon that was supposed to fit, but it didn't fit. Later the Amazon listing was revised to include a note about factory front trail cams. The center console appears to be smaller for those with the factory trail cam.

There's a couple of forum posts from a few folks who've confirmed that hardware for the trail camera is positioned at the bottom of the center console in those JLs that have that feature. This in turn makes the console depth a bit more shallow, which prevents the use of console safes as currently designed.

Tuffy does make one that fits JL’s with the shallow console. But it doesn’t fit the 24 or 25 models. So something else must have changed since 23. The safe itself fits into the console by using an optional set of shorter legs. But the top piece doesn’t fit correctly.
