Looks like the VDP vault still isn't available for the JL...true? Granted, I'd prefer steel or aluminum to roto-molded plastic, but I really like using that space for a lock box that's completely out of view when the top is down. Plus...less weight on the tailgate allows for a (much) bigger tire to be carried! Just surprised Tuffy didn't make a VDP-like vault in steel. Seems like a no-brainer, and I would buy it immediately if it existed. Too bad...
