That’s looks really good. I don’t have the highline fender flares. And I have stock rubicon suspension.
To get 37s on it, you will need 3.5" backspace wheels with your narrow axles, and you'll need to ditch your sport fenders and liners if you don't lift it.

I think I’ve settled on 35s. That way I can get a better lift. I’m thinking this teraflex kit.
Now is the battle royale of which tires. My wife has 35x11.5x17 KO3s on her Escalade and they’re quite on road. Handle great I hate that they pick up rocks/pebbles and just absolutely flings them like David at Goliath. I’ve also been considering MT Baja boss ATs. I’ve read nothing but great things about them watched countless videos of tire reviews. I like the AT4W also. My thing is it needs to have the 3PMS rating. So if you guys have some ideas of a decent lift and tires let me know!

I don’t think you will be happy with 37s w/o any lift. I have a 2dr JLR with 35in tires and a Clayton 1.5in lift. Actually netted 2in. Managed the Rubicon Trail. I think you will end up doing more to your Jeep if you go with 37s. I love my setup and don’t desire bigger. Here is the stance.

Did you add Clayton pucks to your rubicon suspension?

Also consider Toyo AT3, at 59 lbs the lightest 3 peak 35/12.50 - 315/70, even 5 lbs lighter than KO2’s. Not the rock magnets and better wet than the KO2’s they replaced, a terrific tire so far. I was down to them or the MT’s, the extra 9 lbs per corner was the determinant factor.

59# per corner is nutty. I’m sticking with the factory steel wheels so 12.5s won’t work.

7.5” ? If so they work “Standard guideline for mounting 35/12.50/R17 is on wheels 7.5” to 11.5”wide” Tire Rim Manufacturers Association. per DT who mounted them on my stock 7.5’s and they stick to the rules.

I have a 2019 JLUR with the 6-speed with a 3.5" Rock Krawler No Limits lift. I am currently on 35" KO2s with 73,000 miles on them and am looking to go with 37x12.5R17 KO3s in early June. I have 5.13 gears and think that will be fine with the 37s. BFG gives you 60 days satisfaction guarantee and if I

From my perspective that's a wise choice. If your vehicle is new there's a warranty consideration. Most allow going up 2 sizes. 37's are outside of that acceptable deviation. Who doesn't love a big beefy tire on their Jeep? But the biggest reason I'm staying with 35's is fuel. Not mpg's really... it'll never be fuel efficient. But range... being able to still do hard trails and worry less about running out of gas getting home. 37's look great no doubt. But if I'm running on empty in the middle of nowhere I'm wishing I had more gas in the tank instead of looking (a little) cool(er). Just my .02.

Yeah I agree. Range is huge. I’d rather get home from the trail with some fuel left in the tank than look cool on the side of the road! It is new. Only 2208 miles on it. So I’m definitely trying not to void my warranty!

A wise decision. You would need a lot of upgrades to move to 37's on a Sport.

Did you check out the Nitto Terra Grappler G3?
They have the 3p rating.
Max size is 315 70/17, but I,think they're only a fraction of an inch shorter than 35" M/T BB but lighter.
