35 without lift

I have a Wrangler JL 4-door with 35 tires and no lift kit. I like the look it has and I don't want to lift it, but sometimes it Rub the fenders when I go through a bump or something similar.
Any recommendation of a bump stop or something similar and that does not require lifting? And that not require lift it to prevent the rub on the fender?

Rubicon fenders, or other aftermarket fenders.

Just do a 2.5" spacer lift for $200 and be done with it. Rides the same as stock
