ARTEC truss, c-gussets, LCA skids, and RCVs. No lift yet, waiting on the springs from Rock Krawler. I’m considering this preparation work. It’s hard to get pictures with no lift on it.

Any possibility you can post some pictures of the passenger side undercarriage. Long Range America makes a 16 Gallon auxiliary tank to fit here on 3.6L JLs. I’m wandering if it will fit the diesel or if the Exhaust filters take up too much room.

Alright folks, I finally found a use for that scissor jack for those of you struggling with heinously tight beadlocks. I call this the Rocky method as my neighbor hatched the plan which worked out without having to trim the inner bead. Still had to trim the outer bead if anyone is considering the Borah/Patagonia combo. I’ll add another pic installed when I’ve got a minute to take a heat gun to that rear fender piece as a holdover until my Accutune/synergy/Fox lift is on.

I’m planning on the Borahs with Cooper Discoverer STT Pros. Hope I don’t have to do any trimming. I’ve heard they fit but AEV makes no promises.

When you rest the loose outer bead over its groove on the Borah, if the apex of the unseated bead segment covers more than about 1/8th inch of the nearest bolt hole, you’ll need to trim. Otherwise you can seat that bead by tightening the bolts from the opposite side toward the unseated apex until it pushes the bead flush, then loosening all of the bolts to a few foot pounds before starting the typical 3-stage torque progression.

SCR takes up a lot of room and it even has it's own skid plate. I'll take some pictures when its more light out. I wanted to do the same thing, but I don't see it happening.

Is that a rear garage door? If it is, I've never seen that before (at least not in a residence). Cool.

It is...great for moving yard equipment, toys, grill, firewood etc out back. Also nice for creating airflow if you’re playing with toxic or dusty stuff in the garage. Or just seeing the mountains out back when you’re wrenching on a Jeep :like:

I appreciate the pics and see your point. I plan to delete DPF, DEF and SCR after the warranty is up so I will just wait till then for the extra tank. Fortunately I live in a state that doesn’t have any type of vehicle inspections.

Did Hot Heads actually make those out of microfiber/alcantara? Those look great.
Yes I called and asked to get them custom made in microfiber.

It’s not alcantara brand like my German cars but it looks and feels just as nice.

Update on future mods. I have cancelled both the Tuffy security deck and tailgate lock box. The deck for good and the tailgate box for now. After ordering directly from Tuffy (which shows “in-stock”) and getting charged right away, I get an email saying they are back-ordered and won’t ship until the late May or June. Well I can’t wait that long so I cancel and go with the Diabolic Slipstream. After speaking with Alan at Diabolic, I place my order and am told it’ll ship this week. Plus they have a forum discount. Contact Alan (contact email on their website) and he’ll get you that discount.
