That's right, 2971 mile trip.
Anza Borrega-Camina de Diabla-Petrified Forrest-The Painted Desert-
The Salt River-Needles district of Canyonlands-White Rim Road and looking at some homes in southern Utah and central/northeastern AZ.
Fun times indeed,

Awesome! Looks like a blast! I want to take a Jeep trip out west so bad (live in Ohio). Seeing stuff like this really pushes me closer and closer to scheduling some time off and just going for it!

Good for you looks like an awesome trip! I've got some vacation coming up at the end of June, early July and planning on hitting the road. Did you have a particular route that you ran planned out, or just winged it?

Do you have a map of the places you went?[/QUOTE
Just a general path on a printed map from place to place. We had some ideas to start and just kind of freewheeled along. We purposely passed on EJS to avoid crazy crowds and idiots. It all worked perfect.

I’m guessing the older gentleman is maybe your dad? Looks like you guys had the time of your lives together. He looks kind of pissed in the first pictures then he seems to be having a great time in the rest of them. Good on you for spending quality time with the old man.

He's a friend of 34 yrs. We both love the being out in the wild. He has a secret smile! I did eventually get him to crack a smile tho! My pop would love it to. He didn't make it past January 2012. He's watching my retirement from the best seat in the house!
