Sadly, it wasn’t going to get built this model year anyway. The Rubicon I ordered in January has just today gotten a build sheet. I’m sure the backlog of existing orders will take until the 2023 start date to clear.

This is why I was unconcerned when the manual became unavailable to order. It's not like Jeep is killing the Rubicon too.

I ordered on 12-4, still in D, no build sheet. :(

My guess is they're focusing on higher-mileage builds to improve CAFE numbers going into the end of the MY.

JLUR 6sp ordered 11/3/21, picked up 8/30/22
Hopefully, this means that they're reserving what remains of the scarce parts allocation pool to fulfill the orders from us Oct/Nov/Dec orders that haven't been built yet.

Been waiting five months since they started making '22 models.

Only three months remain until the last '22 model rolls off the line and they switch over to '23 models.

I don't really want the '23 model year changes, whatever they are, or the '23 model year price increase that's sure to come with.

So just build my '22 Rubicon. Please and thanks.

Went to submit my order this morning and dealer told me the '22 Rubicons have been pulled from the ordering system. Maybe to make way for the '23 order opening up in June?

Super bummed.
Were you going for a JLUR or JL

Wish they'd have a little communication with the public about what's going on. Guess everybody's getting a 20th Anniversary Rubicon now? Will I be able to order one on June 15? In a 2-door? With a 3.6? Are any of those choices gone for good? No idea.

Jeep and Stellantis have large consumer relations and press departments, fucking use them.
