I am having some strage issues with my one owner 55,000 mile 2018 JLUR. When I go to start it the dash says “push clutch to start” and it’s an automatic. Also once started 90% of the time it displays a blank style screen and not my default screen 4. Also when I move it to screen 4 during this phase it will not display the odometer. I installed a Tazer Mini a couple of years ago along with a lift and 37’s. What in the world is going on here? Any help is greatly appreciated!!!

Sounds like it's time for new batteries.

My guess is it's not related to the Tazer. My wife's '18 JLUS does the same thing occasionally, and it's bone stock with 38K miles. Batteries were replaced two summers ago.

Nope, both batteries are within 6 months old.
Still start there. Check them both, make sure voltages are correct, terminals are clean and so on, then move onto more nuanced possibilities.

I had the same issue with my '18 JLUR. It doesn't have anything to do with the Tazer. There is a software update the dealer needs to do. They usually charge $100-$180 if you don't have an extended warranty. It's a rip off but only way I found I could get it fixed. If you push them that it's a known issue they should do it for free.

Thank you! I will check out that option.
