Hmm have you recently made any adjustments to your drag link? Mine was bumped out of whack but that also caused my steering wheel to be off center which doesn't seem to be your issue. Maybe it was bumped just enough though to cause the light to trigger?I have an ~intermittent~ issue with my ESC light coming on. I have looked around and there seem to be various causes. It does have a small lift, but the steering wheel is perfectly straight. I also hear that a vacuum line issue could cause the same issue. I went to the dealership to buy the vacuum line assembly (unknowing if it’s bad or not) and the parts guy said they they have never moved one through their dealership and nobody in my area keeps them in stock. So what gives? What can I check to nail this issue down?

But the light is intermittent and again the wheel is laser straight.

That's usually the culprit. Hopefully someone else here and jump in with other ideas. Keep us posted if you find a solution.
