I don't understand why the other dealer told me that the part is on backorder. And my dealer has the part. Does it mean that some dealerships order and store parts for their use?

Guys, Jeep dealerships are not bad, we shouldn't be scared of them. I was so scared I kept 15 miles distance from them and intracted through email. I thought if I show up there, they will charge me $250 diagnosis fee

This is still a Jeep dealer service dept...maybe wait until after the work is done...and they really have the part in stock...and they really do it all under warranty...before you start showering them with gifts.

Go directly to her desk, do not pass Go, or collect $200. It’s not about how your Jeep is getting repaired, it’s all about HER efforts!

Years ago, I bought Godiva chocolates for all the nurses at the hospital that were assigned to take care of my wife and newborn child. I brought the chocolates and handed them out when my wife was still in labor.

My wife was treated like a Queen the entire time she was there.

If you want to prevent this from happening again you could always upgrade your axles. I've linked blow an upgrade that will fit your jeep!
