I agree, but sometimes I like to put the soft top back up if the sun is too much or if rain. Is that still possible with the trim on? If so, maybe I’ll do that
That's my concern also. I like being able to flip it up into safari mode if it looks like rain or if I just need a break from the sun. I'll try it without the door trim and report back.

If you get a chance, could you post a few more pics of your sliders? I've not seen anyone else with them on the board yet and I'm very interested. Do they mount in the body bolts?
Here's some more picts of Deegan 38 sliders. Not many options out there for the "Boat Side" style sliders for 2 door JL
They also come with KC rock lights. Have not installed yet.

Here's some more picts of Deegan 38 sliders. Not many options out there for the "Boat Side" style sliders for 2 door JL

Oh yeah. They mount to body bolts and side pinch. If I had to do all over again I would of just taken to dealer to install.

Big mod day!! Had to take all the tools out to install my mopar coat hanger and husky cargo liner

Is the liner installed backwards? Looks like that cutout on the left side is for the subwoofer. I’m a big fan of the Husky liners. Like them better than WeatherTec.

Edit: never mind. Looks like that orientation is correct and the same as some other liners. Just looked off to me. Sorry.
