You just took a dump on anyone that drives a sport, sport s, sahara and Moab. Like 90% of all JL’s on the road. You prove what kinda folks drive rubicons.

From the way I see it the Sports and Sahara's know what they bought and pretty much know their limitations but then you MOAB's come in here with your loose rear ends and try to challenge the Rubicons...well, I just had to say something

Speaking of winches, do you have one on your rig, or have had one in past, what’s your recommendations? I haven’t owned one for many years, and I’m in the market. Been asking around to guys in the know. Sorry to get off topic, just when it was getting good, lol.

I don’t hate you. I don’t hate the Moab either. I really like It when Jeep makes special editions. My only criticism is like the OP’s. If you make a model called Moab, it seems like it should outperform the Rubicon. What would they do to it? Not sure? Start with a Rubi and maybe add 35’s and a small lift with Fox? Maybe special edition 18” wheels?

Ya , Im getting a warn zeon 10k s. I like synthetic because you can just tie a knot on trail if it snaps (cant do that with cable). Also for that range Quadratech winch motors are wound in the same factory as warn. So id go with them for that price. Not sure if it fits in the stock bumper.

Ok thanks, I’m putty on the lod destroyer stubby. Sounds like a lot of guys going to the rope, so I’ll probably go that route. Appreciate it.

Ya man, LOD is great i had their Destroyer rear with tire carrier. That thing could take an anti-tank round it was built so well. And it swings open with one finger .... i think quadratech has a stealth series that is 10k and synthetic. Id go that rout if you didnt want to drop over 1300 for the warns.
