Well, we are handicapped by living in Orlando (for now), but we owned our JL for less than 72 hours before we found some dirt to drive in. Was it the same as Imogene or Holy Cross? Nope, but we don't feel like posers. Imogene and Black Bear are in July. :D
Been almost two weeks for me, half the miles on my Jeep are from driving home from Orlando... most of my old off road haunts seem to be housing developments these days, but this weekend or next I'm going to go check out some old dirt trails/powerline roads to get my wife a taste of some off road action.

Just to clarify, i fully respect them. I love shiny nice expensive things.

i had no intention of ever going off pavement with these mickey thompsons, but man i couldnt resist. I finally realize now just how fun it is to go do burnouts and donuts on prairie grass, hit the mud, and tear up some new trails in the hills. If these tires only last 20k kms then im gonna use them for what theyre made for.

My plan was 20x12s up to 24 inch wheels to have something flashy. But man theres nothing like going through mud and widening the ruts out while throwing hundreds of mud chunks the size of your head all over the roof. The 40 minute car wash was definitely worth the fun. Too bad theres not actually anywhere to offroad within 10 hours. Its risky tearing up city grass 😅

Appreciate the enthusiasm but I sure hope this happened on private or designated land.

Some of you spend a lot of time thinking about useless shit.
Disallow the bolded part, and countless discussion forums would have to shut down for lack of participation.

Be careful what you wish for. ;)

And here I thought that “mall Crawler” only meant that you don’t take your vehicle Offroad.

So strange why some people want make things so complicated.

It's hard not to be only a mall crawler when you live in Pittsburgh and don't know anybody to go off road with or where to go.

You are not far from some awesome wheeling. Take it to Rausch Creek or Anthracite. Take the 101 class, it is a hoot.

Ironically, I was talking to my nephew yesterday who said that he has a buddy with a Gladiator who is always looking for new jeep owners to go "overlanding" in West Virginia. So, I'm planning on going the next time the Gladiator owner goes. Looking forward to it.

Spontaneous confession on line is not a good idea. Prosecution can be initiated and evidence confiscated. The mayor’s comment was totally stupid and he needs to be replaced. Check with local 4wd clubs or other 4 wheelers for locations to off road. Let’s don’t cause us to loose more places to enjoy our sport. Let’s just try to respect one another. Here’s to good wheeling. Thanks
