Just finished chatting with Jeep about my 9/21 order. Looks like my 11/5 ship date isn't happening as they said it is still in D1 but "not showing any red flags or any delays of anykind". So I guess I get to keep waiting.

Nobody but the factory knows the answer to this. Some people get held up a day others get held up for months.

I ordered before you and mine hasn't even started the build process yet. Jeep chat said it could be another 30-60 days before they even start it...

Wonder what causing such a delay? This might be a lost case getting it before the end of the year.

Just got off Chat and was told, "Your vehicle has been built and is currently pending the installation of additional equipment. It will be some time before your vehicle is completed and shipped".

Anyone have any thoughts on what could be delaying the completion and how long it may be?

I have no clue. I figured that mine would be one of the first built. I ordered 9/12 and the only added option was auto trans. Super simple build.

I ordered the Mopar Hinge-Gate Reinforcement. I previously heard these were backordered. Otherwise I had nothing extra including a six speed.

I chatted with Jeep a few minutes ago and they said that my build had already begun...so too late.

Wow that is awesome news, except for the changes you wanted to make.... I have the same order date and I haven't received any information from the dealer. I sent an email yesterday and still have nothing!

Well my dealer shows ship date of 11-3. I ordered 9-17. I was able to access build sheet/equipment list today. Shows it is a 2019 which is a bonus.

Quick question on the tracker here...how often is this updated? Daily? Basically is it fruitless for me to check more than once a day?

It runs through all open orders and then sleeps for anywhere between 30-80 min. So basically updates at least 10 times a day.

You don’t actually need to check ever. If you put in a valid email address the site will
Email you if your status changes.

So will this email you say if you move from F to JB and KZ? It will send an email for each change?
