The tracking will be a little bit delayed for the next couple hours.

I'm adding the parsing of the build sheets that dumps the data into the database. This will allow much more detailed filtering, and option tracking in the future.

Reading 3000 PDFs is going to slow things down the first time a little bit.

Currently tracking 746 unique options, which you will be able to see directly on your info page once I'm done.

Parsing is still running, but your individual page when searching by VIN or Nick will now (in an ugly way) dump all your options for that build. I'll make it prettier soon.

Here's one that's already been parsed... a 2019!

The ordering of the options is based on when I saw them first at the moment. I'll also probably order alphabetically.

Edit: Pricing will be available soon too. I'm imagining some pretty sweet stats for all the options and price configurations.

It’s possible the order was cancelled or it was issued a different VIN.

I’ve also seen so many where the VIN was put in wrong.

All tracked orders say NONE under "Build" and "Sticker" until production is finished. It's nothing to worry about.

I have waited patiently since September 15th. My dealer gave me a ship date of 11/4/18 but nothing.

Can someone provide specific details as to ho to contact Jeep Chat? I went to Jeep.com and found chat but could not find where to request the status of my build. I also ee a 800 number discussed on this forum but what is the number to call Jeep?

I had the same issue. Only lever II and it gives you no access.

Just got off Chat and was told, "Your vehicle has been built and is currently pending the installation of additional equipment. It will be some time before your vehicle is completed and shipped".

Anyone have any thoughts on what could be delaying the completion and how long it may be?

Yes they did. All levels were going to be closed until they had less vehicles to tracks what I was told.
They never initially posted the level III and higher subscription even if you hit the link through their tracking post and now tracking is closed after some not so nice responses to me as apparently when you do not understand something or did not quite follow, it now gives people the right to be rude. I also read some posts in that site and they were not the type of conversations or posts I am interested in.
I have however found the Jeep Chat people very friendly. Since they require name, vin and address for verification what I did is I typed all that in a note and just cut and paste into the chat space. It took less than 5 minutes and they were very polite.

Nobody but the factory knows the answer to this. Some people get held up a day others get held up for months.

I ordered before you and mine hasn't even started the build process yet. Jeep chat said it could be another 30-60 days before they even start it...
