Window sticker but no build sheet

What does it mean when there is a window sticker but the build sheet inquiry comes up empty? I put a deposit down on a 392 that arrives next week (2nd 392!). Dealer sent me window sticker but I cannot find that VIN anywhere on the internet and the build sheet cannot be found. Thoughts?

I'm not sure what you mean that you can't find the VIN on the Internet.

Not that I'm aware of. It was working for me a while ago, but now it's dead. Many people have mentioned that it's no longer working.

Maybe @JeepCares is aware of an internal issue?
