Since this is happening on panels and not limited to the hinge areas, I think pulling hinges is a waste of time. Plus panels are aluminum and you need proper paint.
The wheel locks came with ours... As for the detail... NO. They need to prep it and get the rail dust off as this will cause rust on the paint surface... But extra to pre a vehicle... No, Dealer prep is a normal disclosed fee, but extra NO.
A gasket will only fix a small part of the problem. Hinges themselves are bubbling. On mine the door panels not near any hinge or any possible place where water could get in bubbled..
Follow up on mine: Got it back today (two weeks and 3 days). Color match (mojito) on all four doors is good. All hinges are good at this point. I hope I don't see this come up a third time.
