Audio cutting in and out

This morning I got into my JL after remote starting it ( I’ve done this before) and I get in and the audio is on SXM and cutting in and out. I thought maybe it had something to do with SXM so I plugged in my phone and started Spotify to play a song. Same thing, about every 4-5 seconds the audio pauses for .5 seconds then comes back. Very frustrating, only 550 miles and 13 days of ownership.

Anyone have any idea how I can fix it?

It. Only tbkng I can think of is that it was 35F this morning and right now it’s 50.

There is a known issue with the radio volume changing.
The current "fix" is to switch to AM and back - see if that sounds better.

The volume wasn’t changing, it was cutting in and out.

I listen to Sirius 99% of the time and thought it was just the signal. Guess not. Great. Add this to the list.

Press the HD button and see if you can turn off HD radio. That might be the culprit.

Mine has shut off on me when remote start it once and didn’t know why. Never did besides that time. Other day volume didn’t work on radio or Sirius for like a hour. No clue why. Let us know if anyone figured out the problem. I did the update on radio wondering if that is problem.
