Audio cutting in and out

39° I remote started and when I went to get in the radio was cutting in and out. The audio problem only seems to be happening only after I remote start. My 2006 didn’t have this feature and I was really looking forward to remote starting my vehicle as I park outside. I hope this issue is resolved before it starts going below 0.........

I think you are on to something.... the last time this happened to me I also thought it was the remote start... but it didnt happen again and has not happened again... but the temperature has not been as cold....

It probably has something to do with the remote start and the auto heating of the seats / steering wheel.

Should be colder soon... hopefully this is not a problem.. but it sure is annoying

interesting on the auto heating of the seats or not. Personally I hope it is updated so that I can just chose the wheel being warmed but not the seat, although maybe when it is -20 out I might think differently

Got in my car tbis morning and the audio was cutting in and out, want able to use my $1800 audio system on the way to work today.

Got in my Jeep to go to lunch today and JR worked, got in it again to drive an hour to an appointment, it didn’t work @JeepCares

I called the Uconnect team and they are supposed to contact me when a specialist can look at my Uconnect. This is taking a while and I’m really upset.

So far anytime it's under 35 degrees it stutters.... I tried to pull the F11 fuse but nothing happened.... Call Uconnect support and the phone is unaffected by the stuttering... But they were not able to help. Going to need to go to dealership but going to wait until I know it's going to be under 35 degrees...
