My JLUS was just built on 9/1 and having this problem too. Called dealer last night and said they are still waiting for and "over the air" Uconnect update! Said if I don't see this pop up on the screen in next two weeks to call and they will write it up. They also said that write-ups on issues with radios/Uconnect usually get a response within an hour. Stay "tuned".Has there been a fix issued for this?? I'm having the same issue...still.
Thanks. Wasn’t aware 7” couldn’t receive OTA updates. Dealer must be confused?Tell them this is for the 7", which I don't believe has any OTA mechanism (or cellular modem for that matter). Only the 8.4" can receive OTA updates. We will have to download something onto USB, or else take it to the dealer to get flashed.
I have the issue of the radio station fading in and out when i go under an overpass or under a cloud. I have the stock 5" radio. They changed the base on the antenna and it did not help at all , and it drives me nuts!Issue Bulletin S1808000155
