Thanks for posting that - looks like I have the same software version with the exception of USA vs Canada.

Time to call the dealer.
@Neanderthalman , Would you be kind enough to tell me how (or steer me) to enter dealer mode?
Confirm if it is simply pressing, Hot + Cold + Front Defrost together?
I know I've seen it somewhere but can't find it.
TIA

I've been checking that for the past 4 weeks. It says mine is up to date.
Argh, I went to the software update website, input my VIN, and it said my radio was up to date. I definitely have the 8.4 screen and premium radio so I should be getting the update, doesn't make sense how Jeep is identifying Jeeps as update eligible.

Exactly that. Press and hold the driverā€™s side hot, cold, and defrost for a few seconds.

Got my ORPs back today. Hopefully they stick around for good.

So my software version is not current with others. But I put my VIN in the system and it said I'm up to date. I sent my VIN to Jeepcares and received a generic response. This is starting to yank my chain. Is there a place/way to download the current version to a flash drive and so I can install it myself ???

Just called u connect. They tell me that the software version is not the same all 8.4 4C w/nav radios... lol. Then she tells me I have to wait till it's available and pushed out to me in n a wave. Said it may not be available till next year. It's like buying a vehicle that doesn't come with a steering wheel.. pay for it now and we will send it to you next year when we get out heads out of our asses. Just amazes me how the half asked corporate business run. I work for one and am dumb founded how it runs too. But ya can't change stupid...lol

Like to hear how to force update as I have not got one yet either.
If you could go in to your vehicle turn either run or accessory, go in to apps settings scroll all the way to the bottom you will see an option that says reset which will have three options one will say clear personal data, I would like you to choose this option, please be aware that clearing the personal data may reset any phone pairings saved in to the system as well as presets, Once you clear that it should push the update through. These were the instructions I got from Deidre at uconnect. It worked for me. ORP are back.

If this works youā€™re a god amongst us.

Canā€™t test as Iā€™m stuck at work until 07:00. Will report back.

Tried it. After a few minutes the ORP reappeared. They were functional and working well. Then during my drive home, within twenty minutes, they were gone again.

But this gives me a neat trick to puzzle the service manager. CANT SAY I DONT HAVE THE UPDATE NOW.

I tried this yesterday, wipes out my Sirius presets and paired phones, but no update or ORP yet.

I had an interesting experience with the update. Radio started updated while I was filling with gas. There was a pop up asking to installed, I instinctively pressed it like I do the accept button on every car start., or worse the stupid advisory pop ups on every start. I need to find a way to quiet these. Then it locked me out for a half hour with the screen on full brightness (no ability to dim the screen or turn it off) while I was driving at night. SUCKS.
Then when it finished, after a half hour or so, the lettering bled through the screen and not all of my speakers were working. So I pulled over and restarted the car. The screen bleed was still there, but the speakers came back, but I think they broke android auto's audio. Every time the nav goes through the driver's speaker cuts out so the voice can come through, but then it never goes back to the music. That speaker just stays silent. until I press the radio power button off and back on.

Good news, now I've got the offroad pages. The only thing available here not on the driver console is the steering angle, which is really useful. The bad news, it's not always there the moment I start the car. It takes a while (up to 5 minutes) to appear. Even if I'm already in the 4wd. I was wheeling under trees with terrible sat connection. I'm pretty sure the ORP app didn't appear until the music started. Which means it's somehow tied to the sat connection, which is a terrible design.

Does anybody else have experience with this?

Hey @JeepCares: Bought in Feb and still no update....what gives?
Flyguy81,

We are documenting your VINs and forwarding your cases internally. If you have lost Jeep Off-Road Pages after the OTA update, please message us with your VIN and mileage so we can start the process to assist you.
