Plus those bigger, heavier tires will eat some numbers.
I think Hoonigan did a dyno test with a truck then swapped tiny tires onto it to demonstrate this!

Edit - link added, not quite a direct comparison to the Jeep but interesting.

I had the opportunity to put my Jeep on the rollers today at a buddy’s shop. With 109,000 miles, a S & B intake, GFB Diverter Valve and MBRP catback exhaust it made 230hp/280ft lbs of tq. Not too shabby for the 2.0T

Those are really good numbers. Im suspecting dyno is a bit generous, I would expect torque to be little lower. HP is just a calculation so somewhat misleading. What these numbers say is that the 2.0 makes good torque low mid RPM, thereby making less HP than 3.6 which is perfectly fine. In this car I only want low and mid torque. How often are you redlining this vehicle?

I run it through the gears once a week on the highway to rid the chance of carbon buildup, run Amsoil and change it at 50% oil life and have run premium fuel since buying it new.

The 2.0T is direct injection so no fuel washing on the intake valves. Running a catch can is the best method to help, but at your mileage I wouldn't worry about it and keep on doing what you are doing.

A J&L oil separator was my fist mod, it’s been on there since before the first oil change!

Was that dyno run with premium fuel?
With 15% drivetrain loss that's 270HP / 329 FT. LBS Torque.

Premium fuel , fresh spark plugs gapped to factory specs and fresh oil change the day before.

Mods: S&B Intake, GFB Diverter Valve+, and MBRP aluminum catback exhaust.

The 2.0T will take advantage of premium fuel. I used jscan to record ignition timing and boost with premium and regular. It had more timing and boost with premium.

I didn’t know you could monitor live data with the JScan

Most other manufacturers of boosted vehicles will actually list the power difference between regular and premium. I believe Ford does, I know Mazda does. The 2.5T in my son's Mazda 6 was rated 40-50ftlbs higher. But everyone likes to think you need a tune like our timing isn't computer controlled and the Jeep can't sense increased knock from low grade fuel and retard the timing.

264/322 at the crank using the standard 15% correction factor that we've used for years. Looks pretty much spot on what you'd expect with stock numbers that got slightly bumped with your mods. Right on the money.
