On page one of the interior photo pics The ones from New Zealand there is a silver dash in a red ribicon with tan leather seats. Is not possible anymore?

The New Zealand launch had 'international' models in the mix, so don't go off the combinations you saw from New Zealand.

As FCA reps confirmed to us yesterday -- in the US you get a red trim with black interior and black trim with tan interior (on Rubicons).

• Red and silver dash trims on Rubicons are dictated by the interior color selected. Black interior gets red dash and tan interior gets black dash. Sahara gets silver dash or leatherette dash. Sport gets black dash.

are there pictures anywhere of the black dash in the rubcion? The white sport has a black dash but I haven't seen it in the rubi yet?.

I disagree. I think the red dash only looks good with red or black exterior. And I don't like tan interiors. Sigh...

Just wondering if there will be demo of how the complete soft top works coming down and up ? i Also there seems to be a lot confusion on which are the standard wheels for the Rubicon ? i think you both look great

Has there been any distinction between “2019 diesel” being model year or calendar year? I’ll hold out if they’re going to roll off the line in the second half of 2018 calendar year with the first 2019MY JLUR, but if they’re talking about 2019 calendar year shipments, I’ll play around in the gas V6 with 6MT for a year and upgrade to diesel later.

Our schedule shows diesel production starting August 2018, which would make it a 2019 model year.

I think it could also look good with the White, and possibly grey & silver. I think it will clash with some of the other colors. I wonder if there will be a MOPAR option to change this at the dealership after purchase.

Half doors won’t come with uppers? WTF? I know they’re called “half” doors but seriously. I want uppers. I saw one of the vids where the guy mentioned uppers. Are they only MOPAR or aftermarket?
