The AC ducting may make it tough.
I was thinking that - from what I can tell, they've eliminated the 2 AC vents on either side of the stack? That's going to suck in Texas, AZ & FL in the summers. Unless I'm not seeing that right.

Was also surprised to see this: " A new trail-ready stealth antenna integrated into the front windshield replaces the previous steel mast antenna, streamlining Wrangler’s appearance and eliminating brush or tree limb snags on the trail. "

So the always rock-chipped windshields now got more expensive to replace. I like the intent, but the implementation leaves a bit to be desired IMO.

I'm really hoping the new seats help improve head and legroom. I'm worried they might make it worse :lipssealed:

Damn, the new features on the Willys make mine seem slightly outdated.

Especially:
  • Side airbags for kids and parents in the rear seat is a big plus for me.
  • rear lockers (!) They brought this idea to life, whew!!!
  • More clearance via bigger tires and likely more parts (control arms, springs, etc) taken off of the current Rubicon and slapped onto the Willys
  • 12.3" screen standard across most models? While it looks bolted on and not integrated, the screen itself and the Trails Off-road feature are very interesting to me
  • I like the gray interior a lot too

Would owners of the current JL stand to lose out a lot if/when we trade in for the refreshed JL?

There are now thin vents underneath the screen. They look like they’ll suck, though.

Jeep hasn’t even released a fully EV Wrangler yet. In no universe are they going to offer all of this for 2024 and then dump it and offer only EV in 2025. C’mon, man.
Jeep said that in the above statement, I was like what like you why then do all this just to go ev?

At least they had the good sense to still keep the physicals controls for the HVAC, radio and other functions.

I believe that means that there's electric options available in each lineup.....not 100% production of each lineup
My take is that there will be no more ESS. eTorque is a form of electrification.

Tiny vents at that. Of course, who uses them with the top off?

No way. Even with etorque there's plenty of proof that ESS increases overall gas milage. No way they're taking that off when they still struggle to meet overall fleet MPG requirements
