How were you able to get the 4.88 gears with the xtreme recon package and auto 3.6?

Got the dreaded 4M4 code today, three days before Build Date. I'll contact the dealer tomorrow to see about new dates.

Yep Go2hale mentioned that. After looking at the window sticker they didnt discount adding the 4.88 gears on top of the 4.56 included in the package. So basically that's 4890 for 35's, mopar wheels and 4.88 gears. You could've paid less without the xtreme recon package and done it after the fact

Heres something odd. I was playing around with the 2023 Configuration tool, and I know it is not accurate and all that, but I was pricing a Sahara 4XE. The three peice black hard top lists at $1,895 and the Premiun Black Sunrider Soft Top lists as $695. But the Dual Top Group lists as $3,745. But the cost of the two listed seperately is $2590. That is $1,155 more than the separate prices of the two options. Now it does say it includes a "Full Length Drip Rail". Maybe that is the other $1,155. Am I misreading this???

Don’t believe so. Unless something strange happens with parts and maybe they ask your permission. But that would start things all over since the VIN would be a 24 not a 23, and probably be more.

In my situation I still don’t have a VIN and hasn’t gone to C status. Not sure what the hold up is since it’s not really an unusual order.

Yup, he says it’s in BX status and that’s it’s normal. I can’t see the order with the VON on the POC so I have to take his word I guess. Outside of some 392 orders I haven’t seen any orders on here take almost 2 weeks to get a VIN or scheduled status.
