I've used covercraft for all my cars. Always worked great. I'm going to order one for when my jl comes in.

I think it just became available. I googled the part number, only came up with 2 places selling it so far. Here is where I ordered from, free shipping.

You can choose between jk and jl.
Let me know how it is when you receive it. The pic shows a notch for windshield so not sure if it’s the newest and latest (because JL doesn’t need a windshield notch)... might just be the pic. If it’s good, let me know and I might have to get another.Part number - UV11553SV
This is for the silver one.

Waiting to see how it looks also. I don't want the cutout either. It is just a stock photo. Not the specific one you would receive, but I'll post photos once it arrives.
Does a $55+ one work better then a $39 one. NOoooo.Waiting to see how it looks also. I don't want the cutout either.
Those cheaper roll up ones don't have foam board which act as an insulator. So yeah, the $55 one will work a little better than the $39.Does a $55+ one work better then a $39 one. NOoooo.
The $39 offering that others here have purchased fits well, has no cutout.
Yes, a few years back I had one in a 911, I owned. I learned since then that a $39 windshield screen does pretty much ... almost exactly, the same as a $55 one does. Guess I'm cheap when it comes to windshield sun screens. To each his own. 8-)Those cheaper roll up ones don't have foam board which act as an insulator. I'm not knocking the others, I just want a little bit better custom shade. Have you ever used a Covercraft? I have. They're better.

Who paid $50k?!?!? Lol kidding.Spends 50k on a Jeep, skimps out on $16 more expensive sun shade.
I've had both as well. I'll gladly pay for the foam board one. Works better, in my opinion. And looks so much better than the roll up ones.
Pics of it flat/alone and installed? and template?I bought a roll of reflextix from Lowes and cut it to fit. Took me about 15 min tops
no template. i just took a piece and marked it with a sharpie. the roll costs about 20 dollars for 20 feet. i use reflectix for camping so i had some left.
