Folks, hope you are doing well.
I ordered my JLRU last November at Chapman and picked up January 8 without issue.
Meanwhile I ordered GC for my friend (She could not speak English)in December. I emailed to dealer if they need my friends information at first but no reply. Then I picked up my JLRU and asked my salesman Steve in Chapment to update my friends information for GC order. Steve wrote the info down and promised will update. Now the car arrived, we are told the name is mismatched and can not let my friend pick up. The dealer do not reply my email and my friend is waiting for picking up. I do not know what to do now.
